This method allows for total architectural flexibility. Under this method, the customer receives an apartment (or several stories), which can be built and designed to suit each homeowner. The apartment can be decreased or increased in size, for example. The apartment may be expanded to an additional floor, thereby creating a two-floor duplex apartment (even one with a two-story picture window facing the view). The tenant is free to design the apartment as he or she sees fit, with any interior designer, or with the help of the Jerusalem of Gold in-house architects. |
